But Banbridge's new property service, Lennon Estates, looks set to take some of the "state" out of real estate. The Rathfriland Street-based business opened its doors in November and since then business in the ever-expanding property market has been brisk. Lennon Estates will market properties in a wide area, including Banbridge, Loughbrickland, Poyntzpass, Tandragee, Dromore, Rathfriland, Gilford and Lawrencetown. Owner Pat Lennon began his career in real estate 14 years ago when he started work with Century 21. From there he moved on to become manager of Stevenson and Cumming in Bridge Street. The natural progression for Pat was to establish his own company, and he is now enjoying the experience.
