As part of a series of Health & Safety Regulations, the FIRE PRECAUTIONS (WORKPLACE) REGULATIONS extend the duty on an EMPLOYER/RESPONSIBLE PERSON to carry out a FIRE RISK ASSESSMENT of the WORKPLACE and to take appropriate action to either reduce the rsik to persons in case of fire, or implement procedures to counter risks.
