Firstly let us introduce the ‘A’ of ‘A & H Property Sales and Lettings’: Andrea has worked within this field for over 8 years. Having gained masses of first class experience within the property sector, she is already known as ‘the honest estate agent.’

She has lived in Coleraine for nearly 17 years. Andrea is also known for her acting abilities, having been a member of Ballywillan Drama Group for 12 years and has had many a lead role in their successful productions. In recent years Andrea has focused on her career and today is celebrating a dream come true.

“Having my own business is my lifetime ambition,” she said. “I have strived for something that I could put my heart and soul into and Estate Agency is what I am most passionate about. I have gathered several years experience in this sector and I feel I have something to offer the market. “Moving house can be one of the most stressful things that any individual, couple or family can go through. What customers need to know when undertaking this move is that the people who are selling their houses understand their wishes”.

“There can be a tendency in the estate agency business for people to see their jobs as merely selling houses. This ignores the strong emotional attachment that people feel to their homes”.

Excited to be the ‘H’ of ‘A & H Property Sales and Lettings’ is Andrea’s husband, Hugh McLaughlin. Originally brought up in Coleraine, Hugh and Andrea recently married after being together six years. Hugh is well known within the Coleraine area and has also been involved in many of Ballywillan’s productions.

You may also recognise Hugh from his regular appearances at the triangle’s many talent competitions. He has gathered several years experience in a sales and customer service environment and his meticulous attention to detail have been noted in every position he has previously held.
