Kestrels Model Flying Club welcomes experienced and learner modellers whose main interest is safe flying and fun for all.
We build and fly all sorts of model aircraft and helicopters at a lakeside site 1km from Kesh,

near Enniskillen, County Fermanagh in Northern Ireland.

Visit us and you may catch a glimpse of the latest models in the aeromodelling world, with jet aircraft - including

the first turbine powered helicopter in NI - glow and electric powered models, prop driven and electric ducted fan.

Northern Ireland placed 9th at the Jet World Masters 2007 competition. See the results here.
The 2009 Jet World Masters is in Israel, click here for more information.

Christmas and New Year flying weather was excellent,
bringing lots of old and new models out for some exercise.

Airwolf (T-Rex 600), Air Ambulance (Vario) and Bell 222
(also T-Rex 600) all arrived for a scale flying session.

Hirobo Lama looking well, waiting for a scale pilot.
Someone's been busy with the paint.

A reluctant MIG gets a bungee launch - it did fly, but
not very far... the ducted fan has since been replaced
with a pusher prop and a lighter motor.
